After a month since my first 'Pedelec project' (Pedal electric) conversion on my old road bicycle i've begin to enjoy cycling and commute to work on two wheel far more than driving
my car. I had the biggest smile throughout my entire life!...i travel more! Consequently i drive my car just once a week or lesser than before. My body becomes more healthy, i sleep better, everyday feel refresh and lively. I felt bodily amazing even in my 40s! Thus i've decided to build a second E-bike build trying to discover what experience i can get with different platform, this time on my old year 2005 full suspension mountain bike: the 'GIANT TRANCE X3' expecting to bring further comfort to my ride since its a full suspension bike. Bought the popular 'BAFANG' brand e-bike kit and high capacity battery for the project. Took a day stripping down my old mountain bike, modifiying, drilling metal, install and wiring the required hardwares. After 10 hours of work and tuning its all done!...the all new two wheel hill climbing monster turning my hilly back yard into flat world! From the first day of the ride to a week of daily commute riding my 17 year old full suspension bicycle on new tech it make road so comfortable to pedal everywhere especially climbing hills and off-roading! The road trip are smoother, every pedalling revolution feels like walking on clouds, no more drowning in sweats, discover new places and on time going back home to cook for dinner before sunset. Never felt so much fun being outdoor under the sun without pain on my aging muscles! For me its not about one less car on the road, its all about freedom to roam about without feeling old and tired. What an exciting future we live in especially for cyclist around the world through electric assisted technology! Being old but never to late to have fun! Everytime i woke up in the morning i'm so excited to go out and ride!
